Current mood: Happy.
I am addicted to beef jerky. (Well, not consistently, but every once in a while.) It takes a bit of work to make, especially if you're short on kitchen utensils as I am (I wish I had some machine for slicing meat, and a dehydrator), but for me, it's definitely worth it.
There are about a billion jerky recipes out there. The best ones call for Liquid Smoke, which is unfortunately not available here. Must be even so much better...
So, I'm off to the kitchen now!
